Architectural Character
Timeless is a boutique collection of just 12 residences, designed by architectural luminaries at Ewert Leaf. Inspired by the timeless works of Frank Lloyd Wright, the design emphasizes elegant horizontal lines, generous terraces, and materials chosen for their enduring quality.
Brick Facings
By cutting brick facings and corner pieces from the same batch of bricks that are used in this buildings construction, Form Brick has enabled the brick façade to extend over the areas of the building with concrete structure.
Seamlessly continuing the brick façade between the various structural elements has enabled the builder, Balmain & Co the flexibility to tailor their building methods and resources to get best effect at least cost.
