Beith & Lobb Brunswick

The Beith & Lobb Apartments project was developed with a clear purpose: to create a modern, efficient living space built with environmental responsibility in mind.

A key highlight of the project lies in its approach to materials. Form Brick collected surplus bricks from previous construction projects, bricks that were considered waste, and gave them new life. These bricks were sorted, calibrated and color-blended. Then cast into concrete panels.,.

What sets this project apart is the application of Brick Inlay System by FormBrick. This system integrates recycled bricks directly into precast concrete panels through custom molds and careful consideration.. The process ensures precise placement, strong adhesion, and consistent structural performance.

Thanks to Brick Inlay, the building’s façade achieves both durability and a distinct visual identity, with each coloured brick intentionally chosen to achieve the overall colour palette.

Production was carried out in collaboration with Monty Precast, who worked closely with Form Brick to meet strict technical standards. Recycled bricks were placed into perfectly aligned molds resulting in high-performance panels with long-term integrity.

By using 100% recycled bricks, the project not only reduces construction waste but also limits the need for new resource extraction. This approach has reduced the carbon footprint of Beith and Lobb, in support of sustainable building practices.
